I’m drawn to spaces that feel alive with intention—where there is room to listen, to feel, to be shaped by what we’re holding.

I offer voicework, grief tending, ancestral ceremony, and somatic practices rooted in rhythm, reverence, and relationship. But more than anything, I bring a way of being: slow, attuned, honest. I'm not here to teach or perform.

I come to co-regulate, co-create, and remember what’s possible when we gather in a good way.
