Lineage Tending
Remembering forward and backward. A ritual for reconnection, repair, and rootedness.
Embodied Remembering
This is not about fixing your family story.
This is about meeting what you carry in your body, your breath, your sound.
Tending the Lineage is an embodied ritual.
A space to connect with your ancestors not as history, but as living presence woven into your choices, your voice, your nervous system.
Here, lineage is not something you research.
It’s something you feel.
A sensation. A pattern. A pain that didn’t start with you, but moves through you.
You might feel grief in your womb.
Tightness in your chest.
A silence in your throat.
And then begin to sense: this didn’t begin here.
This lives in others, too.
In this space, we listen without needing full stories.
We feel without rushing to interpret.
We move with what’s ready to be seen, held, or alchemise.
Together, we make space for what’s been exiled.
For the shame, the secrets, the survival strategies.
For the love that got buried under silence.
This is not performance.
This is presence.
This is a choice to be the one who weaves the thread.
Who feels what others couldn’t.
Who listens where others braced.
Lineage work is relational healing.
Body work.
Liberation work.
It’s for those who sense they are the turning point
not through force,
but through gentle truth,
and the courage to care.
