First Gate: Rebirth Ritual
Revisiting your own birth story as a map.

This is not a metaphor.

This is a somatic rite of passage. A remembering. A return.

Together, we slow down—into breath, into sound, into sensation—so we can listen with our bodies to what’s always been there: the truth that we were never separate from life, from spirit, or from the lineage that carried us here.

This ritual guides you through the felt stages of birth.
Floating. Pressing. Emerging. Landing.
Not as an idea, but as a cellular journey your body already knows.

To bring a child earthside, we must also know how to birth ourselves.
To choose our arrival. To feel power not as force, but as presence.

For many of us, that choice was never given.
Our own births were interrupted, rushed, or silenced.
It’s not about blame. It’s about awareness. So we can weave a new tread.

Here, we practice.
We meet the womb not as concept, but as place.
We meet the body as vessel not to be fixed, but to be felt.
We meet ourselves in the tender space between before and after.

Through breath, voice, and guided touch, you’re invited to return to the waters you came from, to reweave your connection to Source, and to land—fully—in the body that is yours.

This is a homecoming.
Not to perfection. But to choice.
To presence.
To the original yes: I am here.

You were carried.
You are still being carried.
You do not walk alone.
